While it seems as if tiny homes are everywhere, zoning in most jurisdictions makes it hard to actually own one in many municipalities. That’s where Life Size Tiny Communities comes in. Founder Joe Callantine came to us with his ambitious plan to convince state and local governments to change zoning laws while simultaneously planning a replicable tiny home community.
We created graphics and copy for the website that served the dual purpose of 1.) informing the public (and government officials) about prohibitive laws and what could be done to change them and 2.) enticing potential investors to support development.
