You’ll work directly with our project management team in 30-day sprints, taking ownership of significant development milestones while collaborating with our design and AI development specialists.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Development & Technical Implementation:
    • Convert Figma, XD, and PSD designs into responsive, functional React components
    • Integrate OpenAI, ChatGPT, and other AI APIs into React applications
    • Build dynamic user dashboards that display AI-generated content in visually attractive formats
    • Architect data flow between AI APIs and frontend components
    • Implement REST API integrations and manage data on the client side
    • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Providing Support in:
    • Troubleshooting WordPress website and plugin issues quickly and efficiently
    • Responsive design and mobile-related issues
    • Quality check before work goes to the client for review
    • Installing plugins, tracking codes, and CSS classes for the marketing team
    • Internal team communications and questions
  • Project Management & Communication:
    • Work within 30-day sprint cycles with tight deadlines and deliverables
    • Provide accurate milestone estimates and communicate scope changes immediately
    • Collaborate directly with project managers and the development team
    • Present technical solutions and progress updates in regular check-ins
    • Flag potential technical challenges before they impact project timelines
  • Quality Assurance & Problem-Solving:
    • Thoroughly test applications across different browsers and devices
    • Debug complex issues involving AI API responses and data visualization
    • Ensure applications meet design specifications and user experience requirements
    • Implement best practices for React development and component architecture

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of professional React development experience
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript ES6+ and React fundamentals (hooks, state management, component lifecycle)
  • Experience with TypeScript in React applications
  • Proven experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data
  • Experience with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, ChatGPT, or similar platforms)
  • Proficiency in converting design files (Figma, XD, PSD) to React components
  • Knowledge of modern React tools and libraries (Redux, React Query, or similar)
  • Experience building data visualization components and dashboards
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and CSS frameworks
  • Ability to:
    • Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication
    • Handle multiple development tasks within sprint-based project cycles
    • Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and new AI technologies
    • Provide accurate time estimates for complex development tasks
    • Meet aggressive deadlines without compromising code quality
    • Learn new AI APIs and integrate them efficiently into existing codebases
